Austin Courreges

Austin Courreges serves as Director of Institutional Partnerships at CREI Partners, where he focuses on developing relationships with institutional investors and strategic capital partners. In this role, he helps expand the firm’s institutional investor network and align long-term capital with CREI Partners’ disciplined commercial real estate investment strategies.

Austin works closely with family offices, pension funds, endowments, and foundations seeking exposure to high-quality commercial real estate investments. He supports the firm’s capital formation initiatives and helps cultivate long-term investor partnerships across the CREI platform.

Austin’s background reflects a strong commitment to leadership and service. While completing his undergraduate business degree, he served his local community as a firefighter and medic. He later earned his MBA in Global Operations from the University of Arizona Global Campus, where he focused on global strategy, operational efficiency, and financial analysis.
